Facilitators
The success of our programs is based on the philosophy that our programs are only as good our facilitators. Noorla Yo-Long's facilitators have qualifications in outdoor adventure, high ropes courses and facilitation skills that are nationally recognised.
We have developed and adopted our own standards that are to the outdoor adventure industry standards relating to best practice.
Facilitators are continually updating their skills and knowledge through our "Staff Training Program". All staff are involved in fortnightly training days as well as setting and evaluating individual long and short term goals.
